This role requires a robust understanding of various environmental disciplines, including contamination remediation and climate resilience. You will facilitate regulatory compliance while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Your contributions will help shape projects that serve the public interest and enhance Ontario’s infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee environmental assessment studies and due diligence processes
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and secure permits
• Manage procurement, contract documentation, and vendor submissions
• Track project budgets and timelines for timely delivery
• Provide technical guidance and strategic advice to project teams
Requirements:
• University degree in environmental management or related field
• Experience with environmental legislation and assessments
• Strong project management capabilities with multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor relations
