In this mid-level role, you will focus on continuous improvement by performing engineering analyses and leading projects that address supply chain challenges. Candidates will use Lean Six Sigma methodologies, develop performance KPIs, and optimize workforce planning. Strong technical skills, along with collaboration and communication abilities, are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering projects and analyses across supply chain operations

• Identify gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance performance

• Develop and implement performance KPIs measures

• Deploy LMS platforms for data-driven performance reporting

• Collaborate with engineering and operations managers for efficient solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

• 1-3+ years of relevant professional experience in supply chain

• Knowledge of transportation and warehousing operations

• Data manipulation skills with SQL, Power BI, or Alteryx

• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma tools and principles
