Ontario Line Senior Planner​/Scheduler

Position: Ontario Line Senior Planner/Scheduler Role
Step into an influential role with Bechtel as a Senior Planner/Scheduler for the Ontario Line Subway Project in Toronto, Ontario. This position focuses on managing integrated schedules for critical infrastructure initiatives.

As a Planner, you will be tasked with developing, monitoring, and maintaining schedules that encompass engineering and construction efforts. You will validate scheduling data, coordinate with work package planners, and ensure timely adjustments are made in response to project needs. This role demands close teamwork with various stakeholders to uphold project integrity and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate engineering and construction schedules

• Monitor progress and suggest corrective actions for delays

• Support schedule governance through change management practices

• Track long-lead items and update reporting tools

• Prepare regular management reports and performance summaries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2-5 years experience

• Proficient in Primavera P6; windows OS and MS Office

• Experience in multi-contractor scheduling preferred

• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail

• Effective communication skills across teams
