Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and apply for permits with relevant authorities
• Coordinate use of tracking systems for permit management
• Maintain a detailed permit register for project oversight
• Provide regular updates on permit application statuses
• Organize internal meetings and document discussion outcomes
Requirements:
• Up to 3 years in permitting and approvals experience
• Knowledge of PLAA processes for infrastructure projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
• Ability to manage permit application procedures effectively
