As a vital member of the Project Control team reporting to the Project Control Manager, you will create and maintain project schedules in close collaboration with various teams. We seek candidates with over 10 years of construction and scheduling experience, who possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and an ability to manage complex project activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain comprehensive project schedules and timelines

• Collaborate on schedule logic with technical teams

• Develop resource histograms and cash flow reports

• Identify schedule changes and suggest corrective actions

• Prepare post-construction as-built schedules

Requirements:

• University degree in Construction Engineering or related field

• 10+ years in scheduling-related activities

• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Earned Value Management

• Strong Excel and organizational skills

• Ability to build rapport with project teams
