Position: AtkinsRéalis Water Resources Designer Role
Join AtkinsRéalis as a Water Resources Designer specializing in drainage projects within Toronto, Ontario. This full-time role emphasizes innovative and sustainable solutions for municipal infrastructure.

The position invites engineers with at least 2 years of relevant experience in water resources. You'll engage in all project phases, from conceptual design to operational support, working on crucial projects like stormwater management systems and floodplain mapping. Collaborating with engineers and project managers, you'll provide essential engineering analysis and design drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake complex drainage system studies and designs

• Contribute to storm sewer and floodplain management projects

• Conduct modeling with HEC-RAS and PCSWMM software

• Generate detailed design documentation using AutoCAD

• Execute field investigations on existing water infrastructure

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or related engineering field

• At least 2 years of drainage engineering experience

• EIT eligibility with Professional Engineers Ontario preferred

• Familiarity with hydrology and hydraulics concepts
