Environmental Manager for Soil in Ontario

This role is ideal for professionals with over 10 years of experience and a degree in Hydrogeology or Geoscience. You will lead the coordination of soil and groundwater management efforts, ensuring all environmental assessments are conducted effectively. Your expertise is vital for liaising between design and construction teams while upholding Canadian environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct comprehensive soil and groundwater management
• Coordinate analysis and address potential contamination
• Oversee field sampling and monitoring activities
• Prepare and implement environmental management strategies
• Liaise with external consultants and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Hydrogeology or a related discipline
• Professional designation as Geoscientist or Engineer in Ontario
• Knowledge of provincial environmental legislation
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access
