Jacobs is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join our Highways & Roads team in Ontario. In this role, your expertise in roadway design will enhance connectivity and improve communities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and sustainable solutions for major highway projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead designs for roadway alignments and profiles

• Prepare engineering calculations and cost estimates

• Collaborate with CADD teams for design drawings

• Ensure compliance with MTO and municipal standards

• Participate in design reviews and QA/QC processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• 4–8 years of experience in roadway/highway design

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario

• Experience in preparing DCRs and tender documentation

• Strong analytical and communication skills
