Position: Toronto Intermediate Civil Engineer Role
Egis is hiring an Intermediate Civil Engineer in Toronto to focus on dry and wet utilities, enhancing major municipal projects. Contribute to impactful public infrastructure as a technical leader in engineering design.

In this full-time, permanent contract, you will engage in high-profile projects including airport systems and light rail transit in Ontario. The position requires strong experience in civil engineering and utility design, alongside proven project management capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead civil and utilities engineering for major transportation projects

• Create layouts using 2D and 3D CAD software

• Manage conflicts with Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE)

• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and proposals

• Ensure projects meet budget and timeline goals

Requirements:

• Engineering degree; P.Eng. designation is ideal

• Minimum 6 years of relevant design experience

• Strong background in transportation infrastructure

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Must have a valid driver’s license
