WSP is seeking a Senior Systems Integration Engineer to lead a significant rail project's integration processes. This role involves coordinating with multiple organizations to ensure systematic integration of operational infrastructure and new systems. Your leadership will drive compliance, resolve technical challenges, and mentor team members throughout the project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and execution of systems integration efforts

• Define systems architecture and manage integration strategies

• Coordinate necessary subsystems for interoperability

• Handle interface documents and traceability artifacts

• Mentor junior engineers for technical excellence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems or relevant engineering field

• 8+ years of experience in transit engineering

• Registered EIT or P.Eng. in Canada

• Experience with safety-critical systems integration

• Knowledge of verification and validation processes
