Senior Transmission Project Engineer

In this role, you will need an advanced degree in Electrical/Power Systems Engineering, complemented by over 4 years of direct experience in power system studies, utilizing software like PSS/E and PSCAD. Your expertise with NERC, FERC standards, and system operators will be crucial as you lead projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead steady-state and transient power system analyses
• Manage entire project lifecycle, including client interactions
• Attend technical forums and stay updated on standards
• Collaborate with North American and global teams
• Support business development through utility meetings
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in Electrical/Power Systems Engineering
• At least 4 years working on power system studies
• Experience with ISO‑NE, NYISO, or PJM desired
• Strong understanding of reliability standards
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE or PEng) required
