Expert Process Engineer SRU​/SWS Saudi Arabia

Become a key player in the Operation Engineering Solutions Department as an Expert Process Engineer focused on Sulfur Recovery Unit and Sour Water Stripper technology. Your hands-on expertise will help optimize refinery operations in Saudi Arabia.

We seek a process engineer with a minimum of 15 years' experience, including 10 years in SRU and SWS environments. You will regularly assess existing facilities, lead benchmarking initiatives, and support the implementation of performance improvements.

Your role involves technical advisory services and fostering collaborative development across global facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular assessments of SRU and SWS performance

• Lead internal evaluations aligned with Saudi Aramco standards

• Develop and distribute best-practice technical bulletins

• Participate in Business Plan development for capital investments

• Engage in benchmarking activities with industry bodies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or similar

• 15 years total experience, 10 in SRU and SWS

• In-depth knowledge of SRU process technologies

• Proficient in data visualization tools

• Strong ability to manage and coordinate stakeholders
