Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates for all relevant materials and labor

• Lead the tendering process and negotiations effectively

• Participate actively in project meetings and site reviews

• Manage purchasing for projects that are secured

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience as a Mechanical Estimator

• Proven experience with $5M or higher project values

• Strong knowledge in construction planning and scheduling

• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings effectively

• Advanced skills in MS applications and estimating tools
