Linesight seeks a Senior Estimator with over 10 years of construction estimating experience to lead the preparation of comprehensive project estimates. Your contributions will involve coordinating with project teams, performing risk analysis, and ensuring all estimates are informed by current market rates. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead project estimate planning and processes

• Prepare the total project estimate collaboratively

• Conduct Estimate Risk Analysis and recommend contingencies

• Analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions

• Keep local rate libraries current for effective estimating

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years in construction estimating roles

• Experience with estimating systems like InEight or CostX

• Degree or related experience in construction discipline

• RICS, CEP, or CPE charter status desired

• Strong communicator with detail-oriented focus
