Position: Senior SoC Chiplet Design Lead Role
Lead the charge in cutting-edge SoC chiplet design as a Senior SoC Chiplet Design Lead in our dynamic engineering team. This pivotal role focuses on extensive collaboration and complex architecture development.

As a leader with a minimum of 8 years in SoC design, you will manage projects through all stages, from concept development to volume production. Critical skills include expertise in RTL design with Verilog/System Verilog and a strong background in design verification methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the entire SoC chiplet design phase from concept to tape-out

• Oversee end-to-end RTL design and development

• Collaborate on architecture trade-offs across functions

• Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews

• Manage complex integration projects with vendors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Computer Engineering

• At least 8 years of SoC design experience

• Proficient in RTL design and verification tools

• Knowledge of Design-for-Test and Design-for-Debug

• Strong leadership and communication skills
