You will oversee subcontractor relationships, administer contracts, and monitor performance, driving project success through effective coordination and communication. Your responsibilities include verifying contracts, managing negotiations, and ensuring all parties understand subcontract terms clearly. Your strong attention to detail and knowledge of construction safety regulations will play a vital role in this process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and review performance of subcontracts
• Coordinate with staff on contractual rights and obligations
• Facilitate communication and understanding among stakeholders
• Handle change requests and maintain issue logs
• Manage closeout processes in accordance with contracts
Requirements:
• Educational background in Civil Engineering or related field
• 3+ years in contract administration for infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with various subcontracting types
• Strong ethical business conduct
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
