Position: Hitachi Rail Quality Lead – Hybrid Position
Elevate quality standards as a Quality Lead at Hitachi Rail in Toronto, Ontario. This hybrid role focuses on guiding operational teams to manage and enhance quality effectively.

In this pivotal position, you will support the implementation of best practices and quality processes within the Railway sector. With over 10 years of experience in Engineering Quality or related fields, you will ensure processes are implemented uniformly while addressing the needs of stakeholders and customers. Strong skills in root cause analysis and corrective actions are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure processes are uniformly applied and reliable

• Support teams in meeting quality commitments and address issues

• Collect and resolve queries from Quality Assurance managers

• Implement and assess efficiency of critical action plans

• Identify operational trends and structural problems

Requirements:

• 10 years' Engineering/Quality experience in Railway or similar

• 5 years' in failure investigation and reporting

• 5 years' as a Quality Assurance Manager

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent

• Comprehensive knowledge of quality management systems
