Position: Experienced Construction Administrator Needed

This opportunity involves close collaboration with various teams to ensure projects are executed to specifications. Your responsibilities will include conducting field reviews, monitoring progress, and addressing any construction-related challenges. Utilizing your knowledge of building systems and documentation, you will facilitate effective communication and site inspections throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and project teams

• Monitor construction work and attend site meetings

• Conduct field reviews and inspections regularly

• Review construction RFIs and shop drawings

• Support the project's final closeout activities

Requirements:

• Degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent

• Intermediate experience in the construction sector

• In-depth understanding of building systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Access to a vehicle with a valid Ontario driver’s license
