As a Staff Mechanical Engineer, you will conduct structural analyses, identify failure modes, and perform design studies to enhance product capabilities. Your work will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to align innovative packaging designs with manufacturing processes, promoting state-of-the-art AI technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create mechanical models and conduct integrity assessments

• Execute geometric tolerance analysis and CAD modeling

• Conduct finite element analysis for design trade-offs

• Influence design decisions based on manufacturing insights

• Generate comprehensive modeling reports

Requirements:

• BS, MS, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and FEA

• Proficient in Solid Works or AutoCAD

• Expertise in GD&T and tolerance stack-up

• Familiarity with semiconductor packaging technologies
