Toronto Senior Network Security Engineer

Join a pivotal role as a Senior Network Security Engineer located in Toronto, Ontario, focusing on firewall and network troubleshooting. This 6-month contract is designed for seasoned professionals.

The selected engineer will manage and troubleshoot firewall platforms, with an emphasis on Palo Alto and Client NSX-T. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in the VMWare NSX-T environment and be skilled in resolving DNS and connectivity challenges, safeguarding the network's integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage configuration of Palo Alto and Client NSX-T firewalls

• Troubleshoot issues related to DNS and load balancers

• Resolve complex network routing and connectivity issues

• Maintain compliance with security standards in client segments

• Implement knowledge of NAT distributed gateways

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years experience in network security

• Required expertise in VMware NSX-T

• Familiarity with Client NSX-T IPSIDS architecture

• Experience with NAT distributed systems

• Proficient in troubleshooting IDPS-related problems
