Position: Building Condition Assessor - BGIS
Become a Building Condition Assessor II at BGIS, utilizing advanced tools for asset evaluations. This role emphasizes technical assessments, collaboration with departments, and offers pathways for growth.

As a Building Condition Assessor II, you'll implement condition assessment processes and technical standards while leveraging Real Suite tools such as Real Asset and BCA Mobile. Your work will involve collaborating with essential BGIS teams to ensure accurate asset evaluations and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct specialized asset assessments and annual building inspections

• Provide recommendations and cost estimates for repairs

• Complete asset assessment reports using management software

• Schedule and coordinate site activities effectively

• Cultivate technical relationships on facility sites

Requirements:

• University degree in engineering or building science

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience

• General knowledge of building condition assessment standards

• Proficient in MS Excel with a detail-oriented mindset

• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel 50-70%
