Position: Estimator for Major Infrastructure Projects
Support an exciting rail infrastructure initiative in Toronto as an Estimator. This full-time role focuses on cost estimation and collaboration, emphasizing technical proficiency.

We are on the lookout for an experienced Estimator for a rail project in Toronto. The candidate should have 3–8+ years in estimating, a relevant degree, and insights into construction management practices. Your work will encompass detailed cost analyses, quantity take-offs, and close collaboration with construction and design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed estimates identifying labor and materials

• Measure work items based on design specifications

• Review and analyze contract documents for scope and risk

• Participate in estimating reviews and tender meetings

• Update estimates in line with evolving project needs

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management

• 3–8+ years of relevant estimating experience

• Familiarity with rail/transit infrastructure projects preferred

• Analytical skills with a high attention to detail

• Strong collaboration and communication capabilities
