Elevate your technical career as an Intermediate Lab Support Analyst at Hitachi Rail in Toronto, Ontario. This on-site role involves supporting lab environments through configuration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering teams.
As part of Hitachi Rail's Lab Support team, you will focus on simulator systems, ensuring they meet project requirements. Your responsibilities will include maintaining hardware, troubleshooting issues, and generating purchase requisitions. You'll also work closely with senior team members to enhance simulator performance and participate in factory acceptance tests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair basic simulator hardware issues
• Configure and troubleshoot operating systems and basic networks
• Collaborate with engineering teams to review simulator requirements
• Participate in the testing of in-house simulator systems
• Calibrate test and measurement devices according to standards
Requirements:
• College diploma or bachelor's in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
• 1+ years of hands-on electronics experience in related industries
• Understanding of electronic circuits and hardware diagrams
• Proficiency with test equipment like oscilloscopes and multimeters
• Basic knowledge of networks and troubleshooting methods
