Position: Building Engineering Project Manager Role
Elevate building projects as a Senior Project Manager with a strong engineering background. Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery while fostering effective teamwork.
As the Senior Project Manager, your focus will be on leading projects from design inception to construction completion. You’ll coordinate project activities, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure compliance with design and local standards. Engaging with contractors and clients, you will facilitate communication while overseeing project deliverables and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full lifecycle of building projects from design to completion

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor and ensure compliance

• Lead contractor activities and oversee project teams

• Drive project planning and development efforts

• Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required

• PMP and P.Eng certifications essential

• 12+ years of project management experience

• 5+ years on transit infrastructure projects

• Proficiency in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel, and Word
