Position: Senior V&V Engineer at Alstom

In this experienced position, you'll play a key role in overseeing validation tasks while ensuring they align with Alstom's core technical standards. You will also take charge of defect investigations to meet quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design overall tests, including architectures and practical test cases

• Create detailed test plans that reflect real-world scenarios

• Execute test sessions, compile reports, and manage assessments

• Specify and validate necessary testing environments and tools

• Collaborate closely with teams to achieve effective project outcomes
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• 10+ years of experience in V&V or railway operation control

• Proficient in PLC programming and software automation

• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

• Commitment to quality and process improvement
