Position: Metrolinx Construction Health and Safety Leader
Become a pivotal force in safety management with Metrolinx as a Construction Health and Safety Project Manager. Lead safety oversight for the Rapid Transit Program to protect workers and ensure compliance.
As a leader in health and safety, you will provide program oversight, collaborate with teams, and help implement effective safety management plans for construction projects. Your focus will be on creating safe work environments, assessing compliance, and supporting continuous improvements in safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a positive safety culture through training and tours

• Analyze safety statistics to guide project safety priorities

• Conduct audits to ensure adherence to safety regulations

• Collaborate with teams on safety strategies and mitigations

• Oversee site inspections for contractor compliance
Requirements:

• Degree in Safety, Engineering, or similar discipline

• Extensive experience in construction safety management

• CRSP, CSP, or CHST designation is an asset

• Valid Ontario Class 'G' driver's license required

• Strong leadership and communication abilities
