This senior position combines project management, technical support, and strategic planning to ensure continuous improvement across facilities. You will work closely with operations, engineers, and external architects to effectively manage costs, timelines, and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and execution of facilities projects
• Manage budgets and timelines with precision
• Author RFPs/RFQs and hire external consultants
• Coordinate with architects and engineers for designs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and codes
Requirements:
• 4-year Engineering Degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 8 years in project management
• P.Eng. License in Ontario required
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Extensive knowledge of building regulations and systems
