Planning and Scheduling Expert - Rail

SYSTRA Canada seeks a Planning and Scheduling Expert for the GO Expansion initiative. Impact rail infrastructure by enhancing Planning & Scheduling processes within the Integrated Program Delivery Team.
Reporting to the Planning & Schedule Management Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of projects under the GO Expansion Program. Your extensive experience will help standardize procedures and foster efficient project execution by identifying and eliminating schedule obstacles. Establish comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies that align with program management goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish alignment of Planning & Scheduling processes

• Develop project requirements for enhanced consistency

• Oversee Scheduling Management tools for program efficiency

• Support Program-wide risk identification and mitigation

• Share best practices for consistent project execution
Requirements:

• 10 years in Planning and Schedule Management

• Degree or equivalent relevant experience

• Rail and Transit project experience

• Pursuing or possessing a professional qualification

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder skills
