You are an internally recognized expert in process development and process engineering and identify, define and solve complex business problems by applying your broad technical and consumer knowledge and in-depth understanding of manufacturing technology related to Mondelēz products. You serve as a senior technical resource for the organization, regularly interacting with senior management.
How you will contribute
You will support development, optimization and specification of processes that deliver consumer benefit through new products, quality improvements and cost savings opportunities. You will develop project objectives, technical approach, project plans, deliverables and timelines to deliver solutions on time and on budget, and execute against these plans, all while providing status updates to stakeholders. As a technical leader for process development and process technologies, you will: continually evolve your business-relevant expertise;
define and share technical best practices; influence technical direction for the benefit of the business, and; drive the technical development of people in RDQ through teaching, coaching and mentoring, and identifying future technical leaders.

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Lead, a pivotal role within our plant's leadership team. This position demands a dynamic professional with a robust technical background and proven leadership capabilities, ready to drive innovation, new technology implementation and operational excellence.
As a key member of our leadership team (PLT), you will be instrumental in bridging complex technical insights with strategic business objectives. Your ability to influence, communicate gaps, and champion best practices will be critical in delivering measurable results that impact waste reduction, efficiency gains, and sustained growth across our operations.
As the Technical Lead, you will:
Be trusted and viewed as a technical subject matter (SME)
Serve as an internally recognized expert in process development and engineering, identifying, defining, and solving complex business problems through a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing technology.
Conduct rigorous analysis of product formulation, packaging, and specifications for raw to ensure that all new formulas and initiatives introduced are fully runnable on the production lines to guarantee general efficiency (GE%) and waste % targets of the year based on annual contract (AC).
Leverage deep knowledge of oven functionality, utilizing advanced thermal devices (, Mole, Scorpion) and statistical analysis to establish and maintain substantial centerlines.
Actively participate in Technical Readiness Level (TRL) reviews and discussions, shaping the technical direction of the business.
Lead the execution and oversight of Alternative Line Qualifications (ALQ), provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for trials.
Part of Commissioning, Qualification and Verification (CQV) methodology for bottom-up and top-down initiatives ensuring meticulous documentation developed for centerlines, critical parameters to the process (CTP’s) and critical parameters to quality (CTQ’s).
