Skills/Experience Required Includes:

- Education:

Relevant post secondary education should include CCNA - Voice certification at a minimum
-3 to 5 years of recent and related working experience with the following technology skills
-IPT Telephony MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes)
-IPT Telephony Trouble ticket resolution
-IPT Telephony Global implementation support ( Reviewing Business requirements docs)

-TP and video infrastructure support
-Cisco UC (Call Manager, SRST gateways, Phones 79XX series, Contact Center Express)
-Cisco CMTS, VCS

This contract is open to incorporated contractors who are currently located in either Toronto, ON or Florenceville, New Brunswick.
