Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee architectural decisions on the vendor management platform
• Lead AI integration and tech stack evaluation
• Cultivate a culture of accountability and visibility
• Implement AI-assisted development best practices
• Ensure alignment between engineering delivery and product roadmap
Requirements:
• 10-15 years of experience shaping engineering organizations
• Extensive knowledge of AWS, Node.js, and React ecosystems
• Proven record of enhancing quality and predictability
• Experience with AI/ML applications in production
• Skilled at navigating ambiguity in startups and growth phases
