Experienced Project Manager for Nuclear Projects

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead decommissioning efforts at the Douglas Point Nuclear Facility in Ontario. Work full-time on-site at Chalk River, managing compliance and safety.

This role is ideal for candidates with significant expertise in nuclear decommissioning, project management principles, and stakeholder engagement. You will oversee complex activities in heavily regulated environments, coordinating teams across various disciplines while ensuring all project goals are met effectively and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of nuclear decommissioning projects

• Lead teams in waste management and dismantling

• Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules

• Ensure adherence to nuclear safety and regulatory standards

• Monitor project performance and enact corrective actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar

• At least 10 years of relevant project management experience

• Eligibility for Professional Engineer designation in Ontario

• Direct experience in nuclear dismantling projects

• Knowledge of Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission regulations
