Position: West GTA Senior Estimator Role

Our client is a multi-billion-dollar contracting firm seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join their team. This role involves searching for bid opportunities and supporting the preconstruction process. Your background in wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) projects will position you as a key player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify bid opportunities via online platforms

• Prepare prequalifications and proposals as an expert

• Review contract documents comprehensively before tenders

• Analyze project risks and suggest mitigation strategies

• Complete quantity take-offs using plans and drawings

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction or Engineering

• 5+ years of construction estimating experience in Ontario

• Ability to lead and mentor junior estimators

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Familiarity with relevant estimating software tools
