In this position, you will engage in physical design development and flow optimization within advanced technology nodes. Your efforts will be central to working with RDC and Analog teams to facilitate successful tapeouts, ensuring high standards and excellence in design. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead methodology for next-gen physical design
• Execute DRC, LVS, and other critical verification tasks
• Design floor plans and develop power grids
• Complete timing closure alongside layout and route processes
• Sign off on power/signal integrity verification
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in EE/CS/IT and over 3 years of experience
• Familiar with design rules for N7/N5 technology nodes
• Experience in scripting and physical design violation remediation
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
• Careful and responsible work ethic
