Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects as Engineer of Record
• Ensure all designs adhere to quality and compliance standards
• Manage project risks while monitoring financial performance
• Mentor junior team members on engineering practices
• Develop proposals and foster client relationships
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 15 years of HVAC system design experience
• Professional Engineering license or eligibility
• Strong background in healthcare facility engineering
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities
