Reporting to the Manager of Project Controls and Risk, you will lead planning and scheduling for the Goldboro Gold Project.

Your role will encompass mastering the overall project schedule while ensuring all activities are integrated and aligned with execution strategies. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and management to maintain consistency and progress in scheduling practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update the project master schedule

• Establish project milestones and critical path methodology

• Integrate engineering and contractor schedules effectively

• Monitor critical activities and identify potential risks

• Communicate schedule performance in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

• 15 years of planning/scheduling experience

• Proficiency in Primavera and MS Project

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
