Position: Sustainability Program Leader at Sanofi

In this critical role, you will harness your engineering expertise to develop and execute sustainability programs aligned with Sanofi’s Planet Care strategies. You will collaborate across departments to identify and initiate projects that optimize energy and water consumption while adhering to environmental standards. Your leadership and analytical skills will play a key role in driving sustainability at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sustainability programs and projects

• Manage utilities data and reporting for environmental impact

• Analyze utilities usage and conduct energy audits

• Lead Planet Care initiatives aligning with global strategies

• Collaborate with HSE on environmental compliance projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience

• Preferred engineering or science degree

• Strong project delivery capabilities

• Demonstrated experience with environmental compliance

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
