In this role, reporting to the MEP Manager, you will prepare comprehensive estimates based on specifications and engage actively with subcontractors and project teams. You'll leverage your analytical skills to develop and validate conceptual estimates and identify market conditions vital for competitive bidding. Additionally, your input will help in executing constructability analyses and cost evaluations for upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare MEP system estimates from conceptual designs

• Lead subcontractor proposal evaluations and risk management

• Develop pricing strategies and maintain relationships with vendors

• Conduct quantity take-offs and detailed cost assessments

• Participate in tender development and estimate reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant field

• 5-7 years related MEP estimating experience

• Proficient communication and relationship-building skills

• Knowledge of relevant contract processes and rates

• Experience with estimating software and analysis tools
