In the role of Signaling T&C Team Lead, you will integrate and oversee T&C procedures in collaboration with various teams, including Engineering and Safety. Your leadership will guide the successful execution of project protocols, troubleshooting, and maintaining compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all T&C activities for signalling subsystems

• Ensure adherence to direct testing procedures

• Record and report installation documentation accurately

• Troubleshoot systems and define solutions efficiently

• Manage project work planning and safety assessments

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or relevant Technical experience

• Deep understanding of T&C and V&V for rail projects

• Familiarity with signals and installation processes

• Availability for field work, nights, and travel

• Leadership mindset with problem-solving orientation
