In this pivotal role, you’ll focus on new constructions and renovations while working closely with engineers and designers to deliver high-quality documentation. With 3–7 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in shaping sustainable and efficient building projects at BPA, which prides itself on technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft mechanical drawings and 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD

• Aid in preparation of plans and technical specifications

• Conduct site surveys and incorporate findings into drawings

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on design development

• Support BIM coordination and ensure adherence to standards

Requirements:

• College Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• 3–7 years as a building mechanical technician

• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD

• Strong communication skills in English

• Detail-oriented and proactive in approach
