Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models of mechanical building systems

• Translate engineering calculations into coordinated BIM documents

• Conduct clash detection with architectural and structural teams

• Follow BIM Execution Plans and standards for modeling

• Update models throughout all project phases

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology

• 3-7 years of experience in mechanical BIM modeling

• Proficient in Revit and knowledgeable in AutoCAD

• Understanding of mechanical systems and applicable codes

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
