This role offers an intermediate position within the nuclear equipment solutions department. Here, you'll utilize your design expertise to create innovative electrical systems and equipment, emphasizing safety and reliability. You will engage closely with various teams, including mechanical and software, ensuring comprehensive project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply engineering principles to design and build innovative equipment
• Lead development of conceptual designs and technical specifications
• Coordinate designs with procurement and construction partners
• Use EPlan or AutoCAD Electrical for drafting
• Troubleshoot equipment during testing phases
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• At least 4 years’ experience in controls design
• Knowledge of nuclear quality assurance standards
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Eligibility for standard nuclear site security clearance
