In this full-time position, you will be at the core of Hydrostor’s technology team. Your responsibilities include developing integrated estimating capabilities that influence investment decisions across North America and Australia. You will collaborate with various functions such as Engineering and Strategic Sourcing to ensure accurate and transparent cost estimates guide critical project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Hydrostor's product cost model and CAPEX structures

• Create standardized dashboards for senior leadership decision-making

• Partner with teams to ensure estimating alignment with project goals

• Build parametric estimating models incorporating lessons learned

• Evaluate supplier quotations to refine estimates

Requirements:

• 10+ years in cost estimating on large projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

• Strong knowledge of AACE practices and estimating tools

• Experience in energy, mining, or similar industries

• Ability to interpret technical documentation
