Senior Mechanical Engineer | Toronto, ON

We are currently hiring for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a respected Canadian consulting engineering firm's Science & Technology team. This role offers the opportunity to lead the design and delivery of complex projects including laboratories, research facilities, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and other specialized buildings.

Responsibilities

Lead mechanical design from concept through construction
Develop technical specifications and review engineering deliverables
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
P.Eng. designation with PEO
10+ years of consulting engineering experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Experience with laboratories, research, pharmaceutical, or mission critical facilities is an asset
