Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver high-volume laser solutions

• Collaborate with architecture teams to innovate laser concepts

• Develop engineering execution plans from specifications

• Resolve design challenges in laser manufacturing

• Work with cross-disciplinary teams to build advanced systems

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Photonics, Electrical Engineering, or related field

• 8+ years in photonic devices and circuits

• Understanding of silicon photonics

• Experience with cross-functional engineering collaboration

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
