RF Optimization & Performance Improvement
- Analyze network performance KPIs including accessibility, retainability, mobility, and throughput.
- Investigate and resolve Layer 3 signaling and protocol-related issues.
- Analyze drive test logs, OSS statistics, and performance data.
- Perform tuning activities to improve network quality and user experience.
- Recommend parameter modifications, feature activations, and optimization strategies.
- Minimum 7 years of wireless telecommunications experience.
- Proven experience in RF planning, design, and optimization.
- Experience leading technical activities on multiple wireless network projects.
- Demonstrated leadership on at least one large metropolitan or statewide deployment.
