Cyclic Materials seeks an experienced Principal Metallurgist to oversee process development and performance management in our innovative recycling operations. With a background of over 20 years in hydrometallurgy, you will lead lab testing programs and interface with plant teams to improve environmental and technical metrics. Your crucial role supports the scaling of rare earth materials from waste to high-purity production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recycling process development and optimization

• Manage lab test work for plant support

• Initiate enhancements for technical performance

• Report on metallurgical KPIs for commercial plants

• Collaborate on installation and operation of plants

Requirements:

• 20+ years of hydrometallurgical experience

• Proven plant metallurgist background

• Strong project management skills

• Exceptional communication abilities

• Degree in Metallurgical, Chemical, or Process Engineering
