This consulting role focuses on the design and modification of systems in nuclear power plants. You will prepare modification packages, conduct evaluations, and lead project teams while fostering client relationships through presentations and site visits. To thrive in this role, you should possess over a decade of power industry experience complemented by knowledge of nuclear regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and evaluate modifications for nuclear plants
• Draft functional mechanical drawings for systems
• Lead engineering analyses to enhance operations
• Generate cost estimates for engineering work scopes
• Present engineering updates to clients at their sites
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• 10+ years in the power industry required
• Proficiency with nuclear engineering codes and standards
• Background in the commercial nuclear sector
• Compliance with U.S. export regulations essential
