Key Responsibilities:

• Use Bluebeam® for precise cost estimating and equipment counts

• Review project drawings and associated documentation

• Record pricing elements in our management system

• Collaborate with technical teams for product selections

• Maintain organized files of revisions and project statuses

Requirements:

• Experience in construction or related fields preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent math abilities

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans

• Positive attitude and ability to manage priorities
