This role focuses on delivering RDQ activities for packaging across multiple geographies. As a Packaging Development Engineer, you will organize projects aligned with marketing and manufacturing requirements, conduct sampling and plant trials, and generate technical specifications. Your success in this position directly influences packaging innovation and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver RDQ activities for packaging design and innovation

• Organize and execute projects meeting manufacturing needs

• Conduct sampling and factory trials according to GMP

• Analyze results and generate technical packaging specifications

• Provide troubleshooting and support for packaging initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Science or related field

• Minimum 12 months experience in packaging development

• Strong analytical skills and project management abilities

• Experience in commercialization of packaging initiatives

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
